A Saskatchewan energy utility was running critical operations across disconnected platforms. IT and operational systems didn't talk to each other. Manual workarounds were everywhere. Leadership had no reliable visibility into what was actually running or breaking.
We mapped the gaps across IT service management, operational technology, and finance systems. Built an integrated ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM solution configured around how their operations actually ran. Delivered end-user training across the organization to make sure adoption stuck.
Connected systems. Real-time visibility. A team that owned the solution and could run it without us in the room. Six years of sustained transformation delivery.

A national pipeline corporation had ServiceNow deployed but underutilized. IT support teams were bypassing the platform, creating inconsistent processes and invisible performance data. Leadership couldn't measure what was working.
We assessed the current state honestly, not the way it was supposed to work, the way it actually worked. Streamlined ITSM workflows, automated manual processes, enhanced self-service capability, and built a training program that embedded new behaviours into daily operations.
IT support teams adopted the platform. Performance became measurable. Leadership got the visibility they needed to make decisions. Over 25,000 end users trained across the organization.

A major Western Canadian agricultural commodities company was implementing a new Oracle Transportation Management solution. Legacy grain handling applications needed to be analyzed, impacts mapped, and enhancements built all without disrupting live operations.
We mapped the full scope of impact across existing systems. Designed and built the integrations and enhancements needed to accommodate the new solution. Managed cutover planning and execution to ensure a clean transition from old to new.
Clean go-live. No operational disruption. A transportation management solution that fit how the business actually moved grain not how the vendor thought it should.

A national insurance and financial services provider was running creditor underwriting on legacy systems that were reaching end of life. The risk was real system failure would mean operational shutdown. The complexity was high custom workflows, enterprise integrations, security and access control requirements.
We mapped the current state across all processes, data flows, and integrations. Designed and built a fully customized solution in Appian to replace the legacy systems configured around how the underwriting team actually worked, not a generic template. Managed releases, UAT, and change management through to go-live.
Legacy systems decommissioned. New platform live. Zero operational disruption. A team that understood and owned what was built.

The Government of Saskatchewan was mid-way through a major enterprise business transformation implementing Oracle HCM across the provincial government. Training delivery for the new platform needed to be strategized, designed, and executed across a large, dispersed workforce.
We assessed the full training landscape stakeholder demographics, skill levels, learning preferences, and operational constraints. Designed a multi-modal training program including e-learning, instructor-led sessions, simulations, and job aids. Coordinated delivery logistics across the organization.
Training delivered successfully across one of Saskatchewan's largest enterprise transformation projects. A workforce equipped to run the new platform not just aware of it.

You have the vision. I build the systems that execute it.
Enterprise experience, mid-market focus, technology that fits how you actually run.
